Air Raises $35M in Series B

Air, a NYC-based provider of a purpose-built platform for creative operations, raised $35M in Series B funding.The round was led by Avenir Growth, with participation from XFund, Good Friends, and a host of other existing and new investors.The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its mission to automate workflows for creative teams worldwide.Led by CEO Shane Hegde, Air is a creative operations platform that helps businesses automate how they collect, approve, and share images and videos. It is utilized by over 100,000 creatives across over 2,100 businesses. Today they manage more than 120M assets across the platform.This latest round puts Airs total funding at $70m+ from major venture firms including Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, Slack Ventures, Designer Fund and Good Friends.
