Irby Utilities Acquires Software Capabilities of Azotel Technologies

Jackson, MS-based fulfillment and solutions provider Irby Utilities — a Sonepar U.S. subsidiary — acquired the assets and software capabilities of Ireland-based Azotel Technologies Limited.
