The company intends to use the funds to make investments across key areas that are necessary to maintain its technology and market leadership. Led by Neng Bing Doh, Co-Founder and CEO, HealthCrowd provides healthcare organizations to unify, automate and optimize multimodal communications to deliver member-centric engagement, at scale, in a risk-managed way from member/patient navigation and activation, to gap closure (HEDIS, STARS), retention, redetermination and any communication requiring an action be taken. HealthCrowd already serves many national, regional and local healthcare organizations across 26 states.
