The Groups services are provided across the debt review and recovery value chain from the debt counsellor and the payment distribution agencies to retailers, lenders and other creditors. The Upstream Group comprises five business units as follows: Consumer Friend provides credit providers with specialised business support services within the debt rehabilitation industry, which includes, but is not limited to, debt review. The Titan Training Academy provides a centre of learning excellence, focused on educating individuals and developing and enhancing specific knowledge and skills within the Credit Industry. Vault offers quality assurance and risk services that specifically focus on the debtor rehabilitation and debt review industry.
