Vinter secures $1.5M to expand in Turkey, globally

Vinter has secured 1.4 million ($1.5 million U.S.) in investment from Netherlands-based Alcora B.V. to expand its customer base in Turkey and globally, according to the rectech startup.Co-founded by Erdem Can in London this year, Vinter offers SaaS to help its clients manage recruitment processes and facilitate applicant assessments.Operating an R&D center in Istanbul, Vinter assigns scores to each candidate after assessment and matching with pre-defined criteria. In February, Turkey-focused HRTech startup Idenfit too raised $1.5 million. Another notable deal this year was of HR analytics provider Peopleomas acquisition by HRTech company Kolay IK.
