Allison chose to donate to Feline Fix - a critical partner to the cat ladies in the KC area, providing discounted spay/neuter, vaccines, and emergency vet care. Feline Fix is a small non-profit group dedicated to helping stray, abandoned and feral cats in the KC area through discounted vet care and adoption services. They also help local cat owners obtain lower cost spay & neuter services. Individual cat rescuers provide a valuable (but mostly invisible) service to their communities by filling the gaps left by underfunded or non-existent animal control and rescue services by: • Transporting cats to vet care or to new homes • Providing assistance to those who need help with vet care and/or food and litter In most areas, theres no financial assistance or tax deduction available for any of this expense.
