Snam issues dual tranche bond for about EUR1.5 billion

(Alliance News) - Snam Spa on Tuesday announced that it has successfully completed a Sustainability-Linked dual tranche bond issue for a total amount of approximately EUR1.5 billion equivalent.The offering raised EUR750 million 7-year and GBP600 million 12-year, respectively, with the latter tranche marking Snams debut in the UK market.The issue attracted demand of about three times the amount offered.The two tranches are aligned with the Groups climate targets of a 25 percent reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2027 and a 50 percent reduction by 2032.Copyright 2024 Alliance News IS Italian Service Ltd.
