Nikon SLM Solutions integrates Dyndrite LPBF Pro across metal AM portfolio
Summary
Dyndrite released an updated version of its LPBF Pro software in summer 2024, introducing a host of new features and capabilities all aimed at enhancing the performance and efficiency of metal AM platforms. “Our combined commitment to open architecture provides customers with unparalleled access to capabilities that drive innovation, fast-track production and maximize efficiency across the entire process. By enhancing toolpath generation, it is possible to unlock such advantages as faster printing rates, improved part quality, minimized supports and even greater geometric freedom. The open architecture software and hardware combo also enables Nikon SLM users to develop their own IP, giving greater freedom and control over the AM process. “Our collaboration with Nikon SLM Solutions represents a game-changer for the metal additive manufacturing industry that has been years in the making,” added Harshil Goel, CEO of Dyndrite.
