Forterro acquires Orgadata: a new era for industrial software solutions

The new acquisition adds a new specialised software solution to its expanding portfolio and creates a new Forterro Windows and Doors division. Based in Leer, Germany, Orgadata’s Logikal software is used for designing, calculating and producing windows, doors and curtain walls. It digitalises and simplifies processes so that companies can work more efficiently and cost-optimised. According to Marcus Pannier, Regional President at Forterro, the acquisition provides access to a new industry within the company’s target market: Regulatory approvals are currently in progress, with the deal anticipated to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
