Sana Raises $55M in Funding

Sana, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company which specializes in applying AI to enterprise knowledge, raised $55M in funding. The round, which brings Sana’s total funding to over $130M, was led by NEA with participation from Menlo Ventures and other investors. To that end, the company also acquired CTRL, an AI workflow automation startup backed by LocalGlobe and Earlybird and trusted by Stripe, Airtable, and Snowflake. Its large language model and platform agnostic, integrating with a tech stack, allow assistants and agents to make more informed decisions by drawing on all structured and unstructured data. Alongside the raise, Sana is announcing new features for organizations to build custom AI agents for any team or workflow, with no coding required.
