Flagler Students Participate In Mock Election During 2024 Cycle
Summary
Voting at school is a unique civic learning experience that teachers and faculty can build upon in the classroom to help young people become educated, engaged citizens. Student election results will be available on November 1, 2024 in the afternoon, after voting has ended. The voting process is online, making it easy for teachers and students to access it on their own or shared devices. Voting can take place in individual classrooms, a library, or a multi-purpose room in a group setting. The online balloting program by Kids Voting USA is the same software is used for other school elections, including the Sunshine State Young Readers Award Program, (favorite book elections), Student Government elections, Prom King & Queen, Homecoming King & Queen, and Senior Superlatives.
