The new Bourns GDT225EX and GDT230E Series are designed to provide superior energy surge protection for both AC and DC power line applications. The GDT225EX Series, with a maximum surge rating of 120kA on an 8/20 μs waveform, is housed in a compact 20mm diameter flat design. The GDT230E Series, offering an even higher surge rating of 160 kA, is contained within a 30 mm diameter flat configuration.
