DLA Piper advises Francotyp-Postalia on the sale of freesort GmbH

DLA Piper has advised Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG (FP) on the sale of all shares in freesort GmbH. With the sale of freesort GmbH, the FP Group is focusing on the business areas of Mailing & Shipping Solutions and Digital Business Solutions and intends to proceed with its transformation. DLA Piper previously advised FP in 2022 on the acquisition of an international group of companies specialising in the distribution of hardware for mail processing and software for asset tracking and parcel shipping.
