Delphy will become part of Peterson Projects and Solutions, which focuses on consultancy and knowledge activities, including agriculture and horticulture. The acquisition will combine Delphys deep domain expertise with the already established international network of RPCU offices, ensuring more countries and supply chains will benefit. After a very careful process, the shareholders of Delphy Groep BV have chosen Control Union Group B.V. as their partner for the future.
