Senator Peter Welch (D-Vermont) today recognized Vermonts esteemed research institutions for receiving an accumulative $8,603,831 in investments from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF). The work done today in the Green Mountain State could lead to scientific innovations that better the lives of folks around the world but it requires robust funding to make it happen.
