The business, first identified as one to watch by Forbes almost four years ago, claims its new artificial intelligence (AI) testing product – dubbed KaneAI after the company’s very first customer – will enable businesses to stay on top of their testing more easily than ever before LambdaTest has raised an additional $60 million since Forbes was the first to report on its initial financing round in late 2020. Rivals such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs and Perfecto have all launched new products aimed at businesses needing to constantly test software applications. “We’ve extended our capabilities through OpenAI technologies along with our own machine learning models to create an integrated test creation platform,” explains Jay Singh, who co-founded LambdaTest with Asad Khan and Mayank Bhola in 2018. LambdaTest is hoping KaneAI will capture users’ imagination on exactly that basis; the technology launches in private beta today, with full-scale access scheduled for the coming months.
