Tech firm donates new software for air ambulance operations to boost efficiency

The North West Air Ambulance Charity (NWAA) has joined forces with Southport-based telecommunications provider AdaptiveComms, leveraging its latest service, Adaptive Phone, designed specifically for the healthcare sector. This partnership aims to streamline the charity’s operations, enhancing everything from patient care to collaboration and ultimately improving overall efficiency. NWAA’s Operations Director David Briggs, said: “We have been working with AdaptiveComms for a number of years now and have seen first-hand the quality of service and software they provide. “As well as the money raised to fund our lifesaving work, we want to ensure that our corporate partners achieve their aims and get something from the partnership too.
