The $100K Challenge is a grant program based on a selected theme defined by the Foundation Board of Directors. "The $100K Challenge allows us to engage a wide group of employees in our philanthropic decisions to ensure our donations accurately reflect our values and culture," said Sarah Swenson, President of the Donaldson Foundation.
