iVerify Raises $12M in Series A Funding

iVerify, a NYC-based company which specializes in advanced mobile EDR solutions, raised $12M in Series A funding. Additionally, Alex Hartz, Partner at Shine Capital, will join iVerify’s board of directors. The company intends to use the funds to scale its go-to-market operations and bring mobile EDR – including automated response and remediation capabilities – to the Fortune 100. iVerify provides a mobile security platform that combines threat detection and mobile forensics with automated response and remediation. In less than 12 months, the company launched a pair of products for enterprise customers, along with an innovative new Vulnerability Management capability for the Android market.
