The new brand focuses on streamlining the conveyancing process whilst reducing the need for telephone contact and Houseful claims the transition infrastructure is ‘designed for all property professionals to expand their business’. Movemnt says it will give estate agents and conveyancers access to data, provide automated communications alongside digital services that will ‘reduce the friction of home purchases’. Movemnt’s software receives instructions through integrated products such as Zoopla and Yourkeys and Alto and captures information about the property, vendor and buyer early on which will prompt an instant share among collaborating service providers.
