Led by Brett Caine, CEO and president, Urban Airship provides digital customer engagement solutions for marketers and developers to deliver billions of personalized, interactive notifications that inspire interest and drive action across all digital channels. Its solutions are used by many of the world’s most admired companies, including Adidas, Alaska Airlines, The Home Depot, NBCUniversal, Sky Plc and Zillow. The businesses complement each other’s regional strengths, with Urban Airship the dominant vendor in the Americas, Nordics and UK, while Accengage leads in France, Germany, Spain and Italy. Accengage will add hundreds brands including Air France-KLM, Lidl, Mediaset España, OUI.sncf, Orange, Sephora Europe, vente-privee.com and Zalando.
