Vinge advises Ebie in connection with a capital raising

Vinge has advised the proptech company Ebie (Rentfair AB) in connection with a capital raising of SEK 8 million to further expand the business.Ebie distributes an insurance solution in the form of a rental guarantee which frees up capital for companies that rent premises and would otherwise have had to tie up the money in a deposit or bank guarantee. The company was founded by Ville L\xf6th\xe9n, Edvin Lindhout, Erik Larsson and Andr\xe9 Brog\xe4rd and has experienced strong growth in recent years.The round was led by Belgian proptech fund AMAVI Capital and also included several new and existing investors, including SSE Ventures.Vinges team consisted of Filip \xd6hrner and Tim Axell.
