Adias mission is to decarbonise the most difficult buildings in Europe with digital twins and smart devices. Adia Thermal flips the heat pump customer journey, enabling a fast, affordable installation that not only saves you money on your energy bills, but gives you efficiency recommendations tailored to your home. Core to this investment was Adias carbon case, which successfully demonstrated the potential to mitigate CO2e emissions by over 10 million tonnes per year through by enabling a rapid acceleration of heat pump adoption. A massive thank you to our mentors Toby Darbyshire and Sarah Dees, our advisors Brian Warshawsky and Tim Harley, the whole Carbon13 team, and everyone else weve met along the way; special shout outs to Dr Tanja Groth, Nigel Jefferson, Leah Robson who have provided crucial guidance and support. The Adia Team (B. Luke Hodgkinson, Sam Duke, Nikita Smeshko, CFA, Shaun Kaufmann, PhD) is going to be very busy in the coming month developing and installing our prototypes in time for the cold season , as well as closing our pre-seed round of funding which is progressing well.
