Summary

I hope my recipes, kitchen tips, tricks, and culinary adventures inspire you to put your "Creativity to Plate!" Dance around the kitchen, your neighbors might think you’re nuts but if they judge just… don’t share any of these tasty sandwiches with them I love using my pressure cooker when I get the chance. The meat is pull apart tender in just an hour and a half (frozen to start) and the juices are reduced down to a delicious au jus for dipping. Technically, a French Dip is made with thinly sliced beef and braised in a broth or au jus while an Italian Beef is braised with lots of Italian herbs, spices and the pickled vegetables giving it a distinct tang that the French Dip doesnt have. Slice sandwiches in half and serve on individual plates with a small bowl (1/4 cup) of hot Dipping Sauce.
