Smartling Names Kunal Sarda Vice President of Customer Success

In this role, Sarda will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of Smartling’s enterprise cloud translation solution.Sarda, who previously served as the company’s Vice President of Language Services, will continue to oversee the company’s growing network of high-performing professional translator community in addition to the customer-facing team at Smartling.Sarda has led a number of strategic initiatives during his tenure at Smartling, including the development of Smartling’s Quality Confidence Score™, a proprietary machine-learning algorithm that aggregates data gathered from billions of translated words processed by Smartling’s platform.Both Sarda and Frankel, who founded VerbalizeIt at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, had three investors from ABC’s hit TV show “Shark Tank.”Smartling is the platform of choice for internationally recognized brands, including InterContinental Hotels Group, GoPro, Shopify, Slack, Wix, and SurveyMonkey.
