Meyer Burger raises 207 mln SFR via rights issue

ZURICH, April 3 (Reuters) - Swiss solar panel maker Meyer Burger on Wednesday said it had successfully completed a capital increase through a rights issue, bringing in gross proceeds of 206.75 million Swiss francs ($227.67 million).The company has said the capital should be used to finance completion of its Colorado and Arizona manufacturing facilities.
