(TSXV: APN) (WKN: A2JNFG) (Altiplano or the Company) is pleased to announce that it closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the Offering) for gross proceeds of $600,000.The Offering consisted of 6,000,000 units (the Units) at C$0.10 per Unit.
