The conclusion of the deal for 100 per cent of Auto-IT’s shares marks Perseus’ 10th acquisition in the dealership software market, under the Constellation Dealer Group. Auto-IT is 40 years old and its systems are found in dealerships throughout Australia and New Zealand; plus the US, Canada, South East Asia, Africa, Fiji and Mexico.
