On October 9, 2020, the Honourable M\xe9lanie Joly, then Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages and Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) announced a FedDev Ontario contribution of $6.5 million to Toronto Innovation Acceleration Partners.
