Marine Thinking is honoured to be a seed funding recipient of Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC). Originally nominated by VOLTA, Marine Thinking will receive $100,000 in grant support. SDTCs seed funding will aid Marine Thinkings development efforts to integrate autonomous performance capabilities into ghost gear retrieval vessels.By commercializing the ghost gear recovery process through automation, Marine Thinking hopes to make significant strides in reducing underwater pollution and while ensuring greater sustainability for our oceans.SDTC seed funding supports promising early-stage Canadian sustainable tech companies by supporting innovative technology projects with the potential to generate economic and environmental benefits for Canada. Marine Thinking along with 27 other Canadian companies were selected as a seed funding recipient.
