Hornby welcomes Frasers Group as strategic shareholder

Frasers has obtained over 11m of Hornbys issued shares as part of its plan to build the worlds most admired and compelling brand ecosystem.Hornby, the international models and collectibles group, has announced that Frasers Group has acquired more than 11m issued shares, taking its total holdings to over 15m issued shares, or 8.9% of Hornby.Chris Wootton, CFO of Frasers Group, said: Frasers Group has a vision to build the planets most admired and compelling brand ecosystem.
