We are proud to announce that we have raised \xa34.2 million of funding to support our Carcino3D technology and facilitate US expansion in 2024. We are now poised for significant expansion, entering the US market and continuing to nurture our partnerships at home and in the EU. Our Carcino3D technology enables the manufacture of 3D printed micro-tumours using cells derived from patient biopsies and blood samples to precisely simulate the tumour microenvironment thereby accelerating ethical drug screening and the delivery of more effective cancer treatments to market. Working with global partners, leading pharma companies, surgeons, pathologists, and clinicians, Carcinotech aims to significantly accelerate oncology drug development. This investment also marks the first equity deal from the \xa3150 million IFS, through appointed fund managers Maven on behalf of British Business Bank.
