Summary
The platform developed by Aseptika supports patients with respiratory conditions to learn about health, how to exercise, monitor symptoms, record physiological signs, know when to consult their care plan and follow its instructions. Self-Care and Remote Monitoring capabilities will be extended, to reduce travel time and decrease lost days of education. We will further develop the FingerBandSpO2 miniaturised blood oxygen monitor (worn continuously on small fingers or around a babys foot) to add the ability to measure Respiration Rate (one of the 5 Key Vital Signs) recorded in the National Early Warning System (NEWS) and now implemented in Activ8rlives.
