Ludgate Environmental invests £1.43m in wind power firm

Ludgate says the investment will capitalise on strong global demand for wind turbines and turnkey wind parks. The investment will be in two year secured loan notes with warrants attached. The loan notes have an 8% coupon and the warrants are convertible into ordinary EWT shares. Part of Antwerp-based investment company AtlasInvests 20m fund raising, the EWT capital injection will be used to repay existing loans and for working purposes.
