MADRID, Dec 29 (Reuters) - Spanish pharma group Grifols said on Friday it agreed to sell a 20% stake in Chinas Shanghai RAAS for approximately $1.8 billion to Haier Group Corporation.Grifols, which produces drugs made out of blood plasma, had announced in June it was seeking to sell the stake for about $1.5 billion.Grifols shares were up 5.9% shortly after the sales announcement.
