Mediaspectrum Receives $35.8M Minority Equity Investment from Insight Venture Partners

Mediaspectrum, a Boston-based provider of SaaS technology for advertising, content management and publishing across multiple channels, closed a $35.8m minority equity investment from Insight Venture Partners.The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow globally.In conjunction with the financing, Peter Sobiloff, Managing Director and Cian Cotter, Principal at Insight Venture Partners, will join Mediaspectrum’s Board of Directors.Led by Scott Killoh, CEO, Mediaspectrum provides a cloud-based solution that enables clients to manage content and advertising enabling the integrated processing of advertising orders and campaigns, ad content flows, event processing, payment and information flows and analysis, to multiple channels including tablets, smartphones, Web, print, broadcast, etc.The company has approximately 100 employees worldwide, including offices in Boston, London, Moscow and Sydney.
