Capacity Raises $11M in Series C Financing

Capacity, a St. Louis-based provider of a helpdesk powered by artificial intelligence, raised $11m in Series C financing. Backers in the round, which brought total funding to $34m, included Rice Park Capital Management LP. Led by David Karandish, CEO, Capacity empowers customers and employees alike to find the information they’re searching for and kick off workflows independently, through an AI-powered helpdesk using NLP. The company mines an organization’s knowledge base to deliver information through the chatbot interface and is able to answer more than 84% of all inquiries without human involvement. This announcement follows the introduction of Workflows, which enables customers to boost productivity and optimize operations.
