Eudoweb Receives Equity Investment from NAXICAP Partners

Eudoweb, a Paris, France-based developer and provider of CRM solutions, has received an equity investment of undisclosed amount from NAXICAP Partners.The company intends to use the funds to develop in new customer segments and expand abroad.Following the transaction, the founders of the company, Bertrand de la Villegeorges, Christophe Morizot and Guillaume Bouillot, will remain majority shareholders.It has served 800 customers including small and medium sized enterprises, large companies and government organizations.The company, which had a turnover of €6.3m in 2010, currently employs 70 people in Paris and in its Montreal office, opened in 2009.
