The funding provides ANS with working capital that allows the business to expand and begin work on additional contracts, ensuring future profits can be easily reinvested in the company, driving growth, and creating jobs in the local area.As a result, ANS is expecting turnover to increase by 300 per cent over the next three years, with the newly created jobs concentrated in the Hampshire region and across a range of highly skilled areas, including AI and machine learning.Phil Brooks, CEO at ANS Digital Transformations, commented: The funding from HSBC UK is crucial for scaling up our workforce, providing new jobs with the vast majority coming from the local area where we have great relationships with nearby universities.ANS provides software and service solutions to multinational telecoms corporations, both in the UK and around the world. The firm provides software that detects faults within a network before arranging a fix through service maintenance or equipment updates as well as notifying customers about the fault.The funding deal came through HSBC UKs newly launched commercial broker scheme.
