▤ Summary

We will firstly send out an email to all schools to let them know the upgrade is available, with a link to the release notes. If at any point you have a date you would like the upgrade to be run, please do let us know via the helpdesk and we can ensure this is put into the schedule for you. We plan the upgrades depending on whether you have a preferred day or date first. The title of the ticket and subject of the email will be ‘ SIMS Upgrade.’ Once the ticket has been created, we will send you an email with the details below: – School ICT are planning on running the SIMS update out of hours tonight. If School ICT completes your SIMS upgrade, please fill in the form below.
