ICONI Software comes under new ownership
Summary
A LONG-established Belfast software company which helps not-for-profits, charities and the public sector to change peoples lives has been bought for an undisclosed sum. Under ICONIs guidance, these national support programmes facilitate the empowerment of UK citizens in their pursuit of employment, skills, well-being and ongoing personal development. ICONI founder Liam Jordan added: “Joining Banyan represents a significant step forward for our company and our dedicated team. “Banyans vision and expertise in the long-term growth of B2B software businesses make it the ideal home for our company. We are grateful for the transparent and efficient process that brought us together and Im looking forward to working alongside the Banyan team to ensure ICONIs continued success.” ICONI Software (www.iconi.co.uk) started life in 2000 as Internet Concepts (Ireland) Ltd, or iConcepts, and three years later came under the full ownership of Liam Jordan, bringing a change of direction from internet consultancy to developing software solutions.
