Logent acquires fulfilment company Misi

Swedish Logent Group has signed an agreement for a majority stake in Misi. Managing director Linda Aidanpää Baronnet says: “We want to strengthen our operation in one of the largest logistics markets in Europe. Misi focuses on ecommerce fulfilment and serves around 150 customers, including Tonys Chocolonely. To respond to expected growth, it plans to expand its warehouse capacity from 7,000 to 11,000 square metres. De Waal therefore sees the strategic partnership as a logical step for Misi.
