Measuring just 8mm x 8mm x 1mm, the particularly small LGA module builds on the nRF5340 chip from Nordic Semiconductor and features powerful dual-core Cortex-M33 CPUs, as well as flash and RAM memory. Combined with, among other things, an enhanced antenna, RF matching circuit as well as 32MHz and 32.768kHz crystals, the module is the ideal solution for medical, industrial or other complex IoT applications. A variety of digital and analogue IOs, system peripherals, high-speed SPI, QSPI, USB, and reliable functionality at an operating temperature of -40°C up to 105°C complete the product.
