Transitioning to DSx Client Care & Order System

▤ Summary

With the transition to a unified Dassault Systemes ecosystem, the new DSx Client Care & Order portal allows administrators to add users for full access to the SOLIDWORKS websites (downloads, Knowledge Base, MySOLIDWORKS, etc.) The new portal has a Contact Administration page to invite users and assign roles for access. Should you have any issue accessing the DSx Client Care page, please contact your SOLIDWORKS Administrator or Reseller. Standard users only require the Support Restricted role for full access to the SOLIDWORKS websites. Additional information can be found in our DSx Client Care & Order System FAQ article.
