A Birmingham-based creative technology contractor and master systems integrator is looking to grow its team by 50 per cent after securing a funding package worth \xa31.5m.Vanti has receiving investment from the Midlands Engine Investment Fund (MEIF), provided by The FSE Group Debt Finance Fund and backed by the Recovery Loan Scheme.As well as supporting the expansion of its team to about 75 employees by the end of October, the loan facility will be used to make improvements to its headquarters and invest in systems across the business.Vanti specialises in integrating technology and providing digital experiences within buildings and spaces. It is currently helping to complete Birminghams first smart-enabled buildings at One Centenary Way, part of the \xa31.2bn Paradise development, and the \xa330m Enterprise Wharf development, which is being brought forward at the Innovation Birmingham Campus.By spending the last few years defining and carving out the role of an MSI in the smart building industry, weve reached the perfect moment to supercharge our plans for the future," said finance director Alastair Prince.
