B&A Acquires iDoxSolutions

B&A, a McLean, VA-based company which specializes in systems integration and software development for the Federal government, acquired iDoxSolutions, Inc., a Bethesda, MD-based information technology and management consulting company. With the acquisition, B&A will offer more advanced IT capabilities across Federal and State & Local markets. iDox will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of B&A. Founded in 2000, and led by Mike Brant, President, iDox provides enterprise content management, enterprise records management, and data analytics solutions using an Agile-based rapid development methodology. Founded in 1988 and led by Jonathan Evans, President and CEO, Bart & Associates is an information technology systems integrator providing person-centric innovative IT Solutions for the government and private sectors to secure the nation’s borders, facilitate commerce, and support Defense, Judiciary and Legislature operations.
