Software startup Bloomfilter raises $7 million in seed funding
Summary
"Bloomfilter helps organizations develop a shared understanding of what the product team is building, when it will be delivered and how much it costs," according to the startup. Bloomfilters team of co-founders includes co-CEOs Andrew Wolfe and Erik Severinghaus, as well as chief operating officer Blake Squires. Wolfe is a software developer who has worked for a variety of companies, including Diebold, Tableau, Explorys, OnShift and Skiplist. "Having a founding team with a family tree going back to well-known Cleveland success stories like OnShift and Findaway is a huge advantage," said North Coast managing director Todd Federman. Bloomfilter emphasized with the funding announcement that its core platform is generally available to other customers following a successful beta program.
