BGSF acquires Tennessee-based IT staffing and solutions firm Arroyo Consulting

BGSF Inc. (NYSE: BGSF), a Plano, Texas-based staffing firm, acquired Arroyo Consulting, an IT staffing and solutions firm headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Arroyo Consulting had revenue of approximately $16.2 million in fiscal yar 2022. “We are excited to add this strategic platform to BGSF, which allows us to offer software development and IT consulting services and solutions using resources located outside of the US,” said Beth Garvey, chair, president and CEO of BGSF. Founded in 2008, Arroyo provides nearshore and offshore professional workforce solutions with operations in the US, Colombia and India. In addition, it expands BGSF’s recruitment and retention of IT talent, adding more than 300 skilled professionals.
