Myriad Software taps industry veteran to lead business development

SAN DIEGO — Myriad Software has hired Jay Diamond as director of business development. In his new role, he will help lead sales and marketing functions for the software company. Diamond has more than 20 years’ experience in various leadership capacities with furniture, mattress and appliance retailers and manufacturers. “Jay has a wealth of knowledge and experience in business development for software companies, as well as for companies in our industry,” said Carolyn Crowley, president. “He’ll be a great addition to our team as we continue to expand the reach of our web-based RMS to all corners of the home furnishings and housewares industries.”
