Orderlion Acquires Supli

Ordelion, a Vienna, Austria-based provider of software solutions for the digitization of the business-to-business (B2B) food supply chain, acquired Supli, a French startup that specializes in the provision of innovative solutions for streamlining and optimizing food supply chains. With the acquisition, Ordelion will roll out its software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform across France and accelerate its international growth. It enables its supplier customers to optimize their operations, reduce costs, and increase revenues. Founded in 2018 by Stefan Strohmer and Patrick Schubert, Ordelion offers a software platform that provides customers with a comprehensive and integrated solution that covers the supply chain, from order processing to sales management, customer support, and payments. Since its inception, the company grew to €50M in GMV from suppliers that were running their operations on its eCommerce platform.
